The 'Early Bird Registration' and 'General Registration' tickets entitle you to entry into the educational sessions on 5/7, 5/8 & 5/9, meals, and networking events. The following meals will be provided:

Yes! We will have all the paperwork at the event to ensure that you get the proper Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) – CEU credits.
Yes. The first three conference registrations purchased by the same company will be at the regular registration fee. When four or more tickets are purchased by the same company, they will receive a discount of $150 per registration off the general admission price. Please let us know ASAP if you're interested in extending your stay and we will attempt to secure the lower rate for you. Currently, we've contracted Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings for the special Cosential User Conference rate.
Yes. Please send substitutions in writing to
dlovelace@cosential.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Any change or cancellation of travel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
You can cancel your registration by providing written notice to
accounting@cosential.com. If notified on or before March 1, 2019 you will receive a 100% refund. If notified after March 1, 2019 you will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 1, 2019, however, you can transfer the registration to another attendee.
