Dr. Joseph Benedict MD (SMS)
Hi Wesley, My name is Dr. Joseph Benedict and it
is a pleasure to care for you. I am a board
certified physician licensed in your state
assigned to your care. Based on the information
you provided, I have prescribed you GLP-1
Injection Kit 1 ml syringe - Quarterly - Pharmacy
Hub Use as directed Pharmacyhub Semaglutide
starter (3 month) Inject subcutaneously 0.05ml(5
units) once a week for 4 weeks (0.25mg), then
Inject subcutaneously 0.1ml(10 units) once a week
for 4 weeks (0.5mg), then Inject subcutaneously
0.2ml(20 units) once a week for 4 weeks (1mg) .
Your prescription was sent to GobyMeds for
fulfillment. Let your primary care doctor know
about this medicine and any other changes in your
health. If you do not have a doctor I recommend
establishing care with one and making sure they
have all your healthcare information including
this visit. If you do not have insurance you can
find a low cost doctor at
findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov. Each dose is taken for
a period of 4 weeks unless instructed otherwise or
unless you're on a maintenance dose. The
concentration of the medication that you receive
can differ so always read the instructions
carefully to avoid taking the wrong amount.
Semaglutide is to be used together with behavioral
and dietary changes for the treatment of obesity.
Most common side effects are nausea and dizziness.
Please remember to tell your main doctor about all
the medicines and supplements you're taking.
Inject Semaglutide under the skin (not into a
muscle) of your tummy, thigh, or the upper part of
your arm. You can do this at any time of the day,
but try to do it on the same day each week. It's
okay to do this before or after eating. If you
need to change the day you inject the medicine,
make sure you leave at least 72 hours (3 days)
between your last injection and the next one. Each
time you inject, choose a different spot. Please
don't mix this medicine with any other injectable
medicines like insulin. If you need to take
another injectable medicine, give each one as a
separate injection. Try to avoid giving another
injection close to the spot where you gave the
last one. Please make sure to keep refrigerated.
