  • Hi there, nice to meet you today virtually My name is Dr. Kessler and I am a board certified physician licensed in your state and I am happy to help you today. Please make sure that your physical examination, your regular bloodwork, and your preventative examinations are always up-to-date with your regular physician. Thank you. check with support regarding any pricing and shipping questions please Hi Margaret, Based on the information you provided, I have prescribed you Semaglutide + B12 0.25mg Inject 0.25 mL (25 units) once a week for 4 weeks (0.25mg) from the 1mg vial . Please note that the concentration of these medications can change with each shipment so please read this information carefully and double check before using. Your prescription was sent to IvyRx for fulfillment. Let your primary care doctor know about this medicine and any other changes in your health. If you do not have a doctor I recommend establishing care with one and making sure they have all your healthcare information including this visit. If you do not have insurance you can find a low cost doctor at findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov. Semaglutide is to be used together with behavioral and dietary changes for the treatment of obesity. Most common side effects are nausea and dizziness. Please remember to tell your main doctor about all the medicines and supplements you're taking. Inject Semaglutide under the skin (not into a muscle) of your tummy, thigh, or the upper part of your arm. You can do this at any time of the day, but try to do it on the same day each week. It's okay to do this before or after eating. If you need to change the day you inject the medicine, make sure you leave at least 72 hours (3 days) between your last injection and the next one. Each time you inject, choose a different spot. Please don't mix this medicine with any other injectable medicines like insulin. If you need to take another injectable medicine, give each one as a separate injection. Try to avoid giving another injection close to the spot where you gave the last one. Please make sure to keep refrigerated. For more information on how to inject your medicine, please visit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXjQHAxopzk If you experience severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe dizziness, or any other life-threatening condition, call your local emergency number immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
