  • My name is Dr. Michael Regan and it is a pleasure to care for you. I am a board certified physician licensed in your state. If you have any questions about your care, please do not hesitate to respond on the message section and I will respond in a timely manner. Based on the information you provided, I have prescribed you Amble Tirzepatide 5mg Inject 0.5ml(50 units) once a week for 4 weeks (5mg) . Your prescription was sent to Amble Health for fulfillment. Let your primary care doctor know about this medicine and any other changes in your health. If you do not have a doctor I recommend establishing care with one and making sure they have all your healthcare information including this visit. If you do not have insurance you can find a low cost doctor at findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov. Inject Tirzepatide under the skin (not into a muscle) of your tummy, thigh, or the upper part of your arm. You can do this at any time of the day, but try to do it on the same day each week. If you need to change the day you inject the medicine, make sure you leave at least 72 hours (3 days) between your last injection and the next one. Each time you inject, choose a different spot. This helps to keep your skin healthy. Please don't mix this medicine with any other injectable medicines like insulin. If you need to take another injectable medicine, give each one as a separate injection. Tirzepatide is to be used together with behavioral and dietary changes for the treatment of obesity. Most common side effects are nausea and dizziness. For more information about managing obesity please speak with your primary care doctor. Please remember to tell your main doctor about all the medicines and supplements you're taking. For more information on how to use your medicine, please visit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXjQHAxopzk If you experience severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe dizziness, or any other life-threatening condition, call your local emergency number immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

  • Hi there, nice to meet you today virtually. My name is Dr. Kessler and I am a board certified physician licensed in your state and I am happy to help you today. Please make sure that your physical examination, your regular bloodwork, and your preventative examinations are always up-to-date with your regular physician. Thank you.Hi Essence, Based on the information you provided, I have prescribed you Meta Sermorelin 1mg/ml 9 ml Vial Inject 0.3ml (30 units) subcutaneously 5 days per week . Your prescription was sent to Amble Health for fulfillment. You may start with 0.1ml subcutaneously 7 days per week. If you start to experience symptoms you may decrease to 5 days per week. Optimal dosing will be 0.2ml subcutaneously as tolerated over time. To be successful in a lifestyle program, it is important to focus on a few key factors. Ensure that you're exercising most days out of the week for a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise split between these days. Please combine both resistance and aerobic training to help build strong muscles and bones which will help boost your metabolism and help you maintain your mobility and functionality. Nutrition is an extremely important step for exercise recovery. Please limit ultra-processed foods (especially those with added sugars) and ensure that you're eating enough fruits, vegetables, meats, seeds, and nuts unless you have medical reasons to avoid particular foods. Ensure that you're staying well hydrated and getting plenty of sleep which aides in proper recovery. Sermorelin side effects are rare, but some patients have reported issues such as changes in taste, difficulty swallowing, dizziness, flushing, headache, hives, hyperactivity, nausea, pale skin, rash, sleepiness, chest tightness, and vomiting. There are concerns regarding the long-term use of sermorelin and its potential link to increased cancer risk. Although there is no definitive evidence establishing a direct connection between sermorelin and cancer, some studies suggest that prolonged use of growth hormone therapies in general could potentially increase the risk of certain cancers due to hormonal imbalances. Sermorelin stimulates the production of growth hormone, which might influence the development of cancerous cells in susceptible individuals. Administer under the skin (not into muscle) of your abdomen, thighs, or back of upper arms. Please change locations for each injection to avoid irritation. Check out this video for further instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXjQHAxopzk. Do NOT mix this with other injectable medicines. Other injectable medicines should be separate injections at a different location. Please note that injection site irritation may also occur. You should not use sermorelin if you're pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Please note common drug interactions like COX inhibitors (e.g., aspirin, indomethacin), muscarinic antagonists (e.g., atropine), somatostatin-containing medications (e.g., clonidine, levodopa), and propylthiouracil. Proper storage of sermorelin acetate involves keeping it refrigerated between 36-46°F (2-8°C), away from heat, moisture, and light, and out of reach of children and pets. Let your primary care doctor know about this medicine and any other changes in your health. If you do not have a doctor I recommend establishing care with one and making sure they have all your healthcare information including this visit. If you do not have insurance you can find a low cost doctor at findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov. If you experience severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe dizziness, or any other life-threatening condition, call your local emergency number immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.
