I have been so excited about the Others First challenge and the impact that it has on ICAC’s mission to make lives flourish. There are many benefits from participating in the Others First challenge. If I had to narrow it down to one then I’d say it provides accountability. Being involved encourages me to take action for ICAC’s “At Our Core” values. I’m more accountable for flourishing as a person, professional, and member of my team. The “Daily Inspiration” starts my day with good vibes, the point system measures my effort, “Daily Shout-outs” puts others first, “Recognition” inspires leadership and the “Flourishing in Action” is a reflection of my team’s accountability to flourishing the lives of others.
